Coach Bass (coachbass.com) respects your privacy and the privacy of your players. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it — with special care for information about minors.
What we collect
- Order & contact information: name, email, billing/shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see or store full card numbers).
- Event registration information: player name, age group, and parent/guardian contact details, collected at registration by the parent or guardian.
- Player evaluation data: performance metrics (such as exit velocity and bat speed) captured at Bass Performance Series events.
- Email signups: your email address and stated preferences, if you join our list.
- Site analytics: standard usage data collected by Shopify to run and improve the store.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
We take children's privacy seriously. All event registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. No player's name, photo, or evaluation results appear on any public ranking board (including The Bass 100) without a signed parent/guardian consent waiver. Profiles and rankings for players under 13 are created and controlled by a verified parent or guardian, who may request review, correction, or deletion of their child's information at any time.
How we use information
- To fulfill orders, deliver digital products, and run events
- To publish rankings and player profiles — only with documented parental consent
- To send emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To improve our products, events, and website
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run this business: Shopify (store & payments), our email platform, and event operations staff — each only what they need to do their job.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (or your child's) at any time by emailing coachkevinbass@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
