Event Registrations (Bass Performance Series)
- More than 14 days before the event: full refund, no questions asked.
- 14 days or less before the event: registrations are non-refundable, but you may (a) transfer your spot to another player, or (b) receive full credit toward any future BPS event within 12 months.
- If we cancel, reschedule, or move an event (including for weather): your registration transfers automatically to the new date, or you may request a full refund — your choice.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Digital Products (Toolkits, Practice Plan Libraries, Drill Guides)
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download or access link has been delivered. If you experience a delivery problem or a defective file, contact us within 7 days and we will replace the product or refund your purchase.
Evaluations & Recruiting Services
Coach Bass Evaluations and Recruiting Concierge services may be canceled for a full refund any time before the evaluation or service work has begun. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email coachkevinbass@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
