1. Who we are
Coach Bass (coachbass.com) sells digital coaching products, in-person event registrations (Bass Performance Series), player evaluations, and recruiting services. By purchasing from or using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Event participation & assumption of risk
Baseball and softball training involve inherent physical risk. By registering a player for any Bass Performance Series event, the registering parent or guardian confirms the player is physically able to participate and accepts these risks. A liability waiver and — for any public ranking placement — a parent/guardian consent waiver must be signed before participation. Coaches and staff reserve the right to remove any participant for safety or conduct reasons without refund.
3. Minors
All purchases and registrations involving players under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian. Accounts, profiles, and ranking placements for players under 13 are controlled by a verified parent or guardian.
4. Rankings & evaluations
The Bass 100 and all Coach Bass evaluations reflect performance measured at our events on the day of evaluation. Rankings are our professional opinion based on captured metrics and are provided for development and exposure purposes. Placement is never sold, and no specific ranking, recruiting outcome, scholarship, or draft result is promised or implied.
5. Digital products & license
Digital products (toolkits, practice plan libraries, drill guides) are licensed for the personal use of the purchaser and their own team. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly. All content, branding, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Coach Bass.
6. Payments & pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Bass's total liability for any claim related to a product, event, or service is limited to the amount paid for that product, event, or service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
