Digital downloads
Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales of digital products are final. That said, we stand behind what we sell. Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right if:
- The file is defective — it won't open, won't download, or is missing content. We'll replace it or refund it, your choice.
- You were charged twice for the same product. The duplicate charge is refunded immediately.
- You bought the wrong product (for example, the baseball library when you needed fastpitch). We'll swap it for the right one.

BPS event registrations
- 7 or more days before the event: full refund, no questions.
- Inside 7 days: full credit toward any future BPS event — numbers change fast at these ages, so we'd rather see you at the next stop than keep money for a no-show.
- Weather or event cancellation on our end: your registration transfers to the rescheduled date automatically, or you can take a full refund instead. Your call.
The plain-English version
If we messed up, you get your money back. If the file works and you simply changed your mind, the sale is final — that's the honest deal with digital goods, and it's the same deal for everyone.
