Today's Work
3 sets × 10 swings
Different pitch types are mixed and the hitter's job is to name each one during flight, sharpening recognition before contact is ever involved.
Drill Reference
This drill is included for hitter education and training reference. Coach Bass Recommended drills are identified separately.
Members record their actual sets and swings on every drill and build a real training history — for every player on the account.
