Throwing & Arm Care: a throwing program you can run every day
Throwing & Arm Care turns arm care into a daily program a coach can actually run, with workload limits and a return-to-throwing ramp. It starts with the Throwing & Arm Care Manual, and owning the manual also unlocks the Throwing training in the Coach Bass app.
Build the arm. Build the thrower. Compete from anywhere on the field. It is coaching structure, not medical advice.
Sport: Baseball and Fastpitch.

Who it is for
- Players and coaches who need a daily arm-care and throwing plan.
- Coaches and families who want total throws tracked and the published limits for the player's level enforced.
- Position players: the app's Throwing training follows an Infield, Outfield, Catcher, First Base or General Position Player track.
The manual and the app
- The daily program
- A daily sequence, a band series and a five-stage throwing progression.
- Through the season
- A long-toss calendar by season phase and a weekly throwing shape.
- Coming back
- A return-to-throwing ramp.
- Workload
- How to track total throws and enforce the published limits for your level, and what to do when a player says something hurts.
- In the app
- CoachBass Throwing Development: 12 weeks, three sessions a week, unlocked by owning the manual.
- Position tracks
- Infield, Outfield, Catcher, First Base or General Position Player.
The 12-week Throwing training
In the app, the throwing work runs in four three-week phases:
- Foundation (weeks 1–3) — Routine, direction, accuracy, rhythm and a repeatable throwing movement
- Build (weeks 4–6) — Carry, body use, greater controlled distance, faster organization of the feet and accuracy at increasing distance
- Position Performance (weeks 7–9)
- Compete (weeks 10–12) — Read, move, organize, throw
Throwing across the CoachBass programs
For baseball fielders, Infield and Outfield Development train the throw after the catch: the transfer for infielders, the crow hop and throw for outfielders.
The Throwing training comes with the Throwing & Arm Care Manual, not with the membership.
