Coach Bass 4-Week Bat Speed Program is a focused Baseball and Fastpitch training system built to help hitters move the bat faster without making the swing longer, losing direction or sacrificing barrel control.
Across 4 weeks and 12 structured sessions, the hitter progresses from hand speed and barrel delivery into controlled intent, changing pitch location, changing timing and competitive at-bats.
The program includes three assessment points, required swing-video evidence, optional bat-speed tracking, Coach Bass lessons, Progress and Results tracking, and game-transfer training.
The goal is not simply to swing harder. The goal is to create more usable bat speed while keeping the swing under control.
Move the bat faster. Keep the swing.

- How long is the program?
- 4 weeks. The program contains 12 guided sessions completed in order.
- How often should the hitter train?
