Coach Bass 12-Week Hitting Development is a guided Baseball and Fastpitch training program built to take the hitter from swing foundation to game-ready competition.

Over 12 weeks and 36 structured sessions, the hitter works through hand action, barrel control, direction, load consistency, bat speed, timing, approach, two-strike hitting, counts, situations and complete at-bats.

Every session tells the hitter what to work on, why it matters, how many reps to complete and how to carry the work into competition. The program also includes baseline and progress assessments, swing-video evidence, Coach Bass lessons, progress tracking and a Personal Hitting Plan.

This is not a random drill library. The program follows a progression: Hands → Direction → Barrel → Momentum → Approach → Compete.

Build the swing. Build the hitter. Control the box.

Questions

Is this for Baseball or Fastpitch?
Both. The program supports Baseball and Fastpitch, with ownership and player access kept separate by sport.
How long is the program?
12 weeks. The program contains 36 guided sessions completed in order.
How often should the hitter train?
The program is designed around three sessions per week.
What if we miss a day?
The unfinished session remains the hitter's next session. The program does not require double sessions or automatic catch-up days.
What equipment do we need?
The program uses a bat, balls, a tee and, for some sessions, access to live toss, coach pitch or a pitching machine. Some drills also use a simple visual target or floor marker.
Do I need a radar gun or bat-speed sensor?
No. Bat speed, exit velocity and launch angle are optional. If a measurement is not actually recorded, the program shows Not recorded.
Do I need to upload swing video?
Yes. The Baseline, Week 3 Checkpoint, Week 6 Retest and Final Assessment each require one open-side full-body swing video so progress can be compared over time.
Is this included with the Coach Bass membership?
No. Coach Bass 12-Week Hitting Development is a separate premium structured program.
Is this just a drill library?
No. The program follows a 12-week progression with specific sessions, prescribed reps, assessments, lessons, progress tracking and a Personal Hitting Plan.
Can the program be completed in less than 12 weeks?
The program is designed as a 12-week progression. Sessions must be completed in order, and only one program session can be completed per calendar day.
